What You May Owe
Three kinds of payments
Your coordinating manager will tell you which one applies and the exact amount for your event.
Date-hold deposit
Paid once your coordinating manager confirms your date. This is what takes the date off the calendar for everyone else.
Remaining balance
Due before your event day, following the schedule on your rental agreement.
Refundable security deposit
Returned after the event once the hall is checked, following the terms in your agreement.

Card payments
Online card payments are being switched on for this venue. Until then, your coordinating manager will take your payment directly and send you a receipt.
Please have your confirmation number ready — it appears on your booking confirmation page and starts with RP-.
Good to know
- A date is only reserved once the manager confirms it and the deposit is received.
- Deposit amounts and payment schedules are set out in your rental agreement.
- Keep every receipt and your confirmation number until after your event.
